I’m not afraid of a lot of work given that I get the results I want. I have had three kids and have lost all the weight. I need to redevelop muscles, but I have been running on the elyptical and lifting weights six days a week. I am 5′5″ and so far 115 lbs, 20% body fat, 35-26-35. I really need guidance to get muscle and tone in the right places.
